umm something i learned this year would have to be… the only way to actually handle a problem is to talk to someone about it. no matter who it is just talk about it with that person. It could be you parents your sisters/brothers you cousins aunt/uncle a teacher counselor friend anyone. Its not healthy to hold every thing in. Talk to someone about.
